Park costs need a source and a date
Separate official park charges from the boat price, then check guest category and effective date before paying.
Komodo National Park tickets or PNBP are park costs that should be read separately from an Open Trip or Private Charter price. The amount can follow the official rate, guest category, and visit date; use the Balai authority page for the latest reference and request written package scope.
Why costs can have several components
The trip price pays for the boat service and selected package scope. Park tickets or PNBP follow the park authority’s rules, guest category, activity, and effective date. Because the source and responsible party differ, they should not be merged into one unexplained number.
Oceidon catalogue prices for Open Trip and Private Charter do not automatically mean park tickets are included. If a quote mentions park costs, ask who pays, through which channel, and when the amount is locked.
| Component | Follows | How to check |
|---|---|---|
| Trip price | Oceidon service model and package | Read the service page and quote summary. |
| Park ticket | Official rate, category, and date | Check the Balai fee page. |
| Personal insurance | Guest choice and needs | Ask whether it sits outside package scope. |
| Personal spending | Costs outside the package | Request written include and exclude details. |

Separate official cost from package price
Do not use a screenshot, old post, or another operator’s number as the official rate. Effective dates and guest categories can change the amount, while the boat price follows the product you choose.
If the team’s answer differs from the official page, do not simply choose the cheaper number. Ask for written clarification and keep the URL and date you checked.
Read park rates from the current Komodo National Park Authority channel.
Boat or seat price follows the Oceidon catalogue and confirmation.
Changeable amounts need a period or review date.

Access is more than a ticket
Paying a ticket does not change behaviour rules, access limits, slots, or staff decisions. You are still visiting a conservation area and following the protocol, rangers, crew, and day-of conditions.
Keep documents or receipts actually issued by the official channel. Do not treat one ticket as a guarantee of stop order, wildlife encounters, or every activity.
- Follow protocolA ticket comes with the responsibility to protect the area.
- Check accessSlots, resorts, trails, tide, and weather can change the visit.
- Do not promise wildlifeKomodo dragons and manta rays remain wild and cannot be guaranteed.
