What is the difference between Open Trip and Private Charter?
Open Trip sells per-person seats and runs with other guests on available dates. Private Charter reserves one KM Alexandria for one group at a per-boat rate.
Is One-Day Komodo a third service?
No. One-Day Komodo is an itinerary format. Book it through Open Trip or Private Signature Full Day.
How many guests can KM Alexandria carry?
Sellable capacity is capped at 17 guests. Two folding seats are reserved for emergencies and are not sold as regular capacity.
When is an Open Trip guaranteed to depart?
Status becomes Guaranteed after at least 10 paid heads or an actual transaction value of IDR 8,500,000. Final status is shared by 17:00 WITA one day before departure.

How much is Open Trip?
Adult pricing follows total heads in one booking: IDR 1,350,000 for 1–2 heads, IDR 1,250,000 for 3–5 heads, and IDR 1,150,000 for 6–17 heads. Children aged 0–14, including toddlers, pay 70% of the same tier and still count as one head.
How much is Private Charter?
Private Signature Full Day is IDR 13,000,000 per boat. Private Sunset Half Day is IDR 7,500,000 per boat. Both allow up to 17 guests.
What is the initial Private Charter payment?
A 30% deposit locks the date after availability is verified and is non-refundable. The balance is due one day before departure or at check-in, as written in the booking details.
Are Komodo National Park tickets included?
No. Park tickets are paid separately so the amount follows the official rate and guest category on the travel date. Personal travel insurance is also separate.

Is hotel pickup included?
Yes. Hotel pickup in the Labuan Bajo area is part of the package scope. The exact point and time still need written confirmation before departure day.
What is included in the package?
Package meals, snorkelling equipment and life jackets, towels, crew, basic documentation, and hotel pickup in the Labuan Bajo area.
Are all six destinations always visited in the same order?
No. Order may change or a stop may be skipped because of weather, currents, park conditions, and the captain’s decision. Time can be redirected when conditions allow.
Are manta or Komodo encounters guaranteed?
No. Both are wildlife. Encounters depend on conditions, animal behaviour, park rules, and official direction.
What time does the journey run?
Check-in is planned for 07:30–08:00 WITA, departure around 08:00, and return around 17:00. The official operating window has a 9–11 hour buffer.
